Use of Software

You may use our software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using our software to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

• Impersonate any person or entity, including Funnel Rocket LLC or our employees or representatives.

• Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Payment and Fees

By subscribing to Funnel Rocket LLC, you agree to pay any fees associated with the use of our software. We reserve the right to change our fees or billing methods at any time, effective upon posting on our website or by email notification.

Trial subscription

Funnel Rocket offers a 7-day trial for all newly created websites, and you can use the services in accordance with the Agreement during the period of those 7 days. Once those 14 days have elapsed, the website will cease to be active (will expire) until the User subscribes to Funnel Rocket's paid services. A trial period is allowed so that you, the User, can test and build a website to your liking before committing to a paid subscription.

Funnel Rocket has the right to terminate or cancel trial subscriptions at any time and for any reason. We may remove content from any expired trial version or website without notice. We are in no way responsible for any content removed from a website created on Funnel Rocket. With the 7-day trial, you can also send email marketing campaigns to up to 100 subscribers. All emails and subscribers must comply with our anti-spam policy (https://funnelrocket.com/anti-spam-policy).

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions to our software. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a refund by emailing

help@funnelrocket.com.

WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

Funnel Rocket will use reasonable efforts in accordance with applicable industry standards to maintain the Services in a manner that minimizes errors and interruptions to the Services, and will perform the Implementation Services in a professional and professional manner. Services may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or unscheduled emergency maintenance, whether by Funnel Rocket or third party providers, or for other causes beyond Funnel Rocket's reasonable control, but Funnel Rocket will all reasonable efforts to provide advance notice in writing or by email.
